IMO, unless you got opportunities out there that you think are better that you want to chase, waiting until a bit before the dividend is finalised or setting a sell order around 95c is probably optimal - very low risk, and just about 8-10% return for just waiting. Fair value at ex. dividend should be around $1 - trying to stay conservative, say 92c dividend + 8c for PSC v2 based just on the intended final cash holdings ($0 for enterprise value).
