Something isn't right. Has he sniffed out discrepancies? Talking about governance, expenses and related parties, is actually quite serious.

This is very odd, and somebody somewhere is not right for the company, and at the moment we have both of them so that's a problem for us shareholders.

High salaries, business trips (with the 5 stars behind obviously) is not necessarily a problem if management is performing. Can we judge of that performance yet? The SP did move significantly after the reshuffle.
