Surely the consequence of not voting for Beasley and Xu could result in Xu smashing the share price to oblivion.

Whats Muttons view on Xu? Assuming Xu allegiances are with Beasley and he didn't get the desired result with the board spill, dumping 6% is likely to be a blip on his CGT losses for the year and at the same time will be devastating for us shareholders.
