I totally agree with your thoughts on the management recent actions and the boards lack of actions...but at least they have admitted to their mistakes and maybe created value?? By saying no to the huge start up and going back to the 2011 model...If they had gone ahead we would all have been diluted to next nothing, now we may have a chance ....
Good to great is knowing when to say NO! (ex CEO didn't know how to say NO!)
