Apologies for the earlier baloney.

TWO meetings right?

First is the "scheme" to approve STO TO/Merger with ESG. Key word is AND. 50% plus ONE of voters, AND 75% of votes cast.

That is the Scheme resolution.

Second meeting is to vote on the TRU Acquisition Resolution.

The letter says, for the Acquisition to be approved "...Resolution must be passed by at least 50% of the votes cast..."

Reread the letter in the morning mate, but I hope this helps. Others welcome to verify, yet again.
