Yes, I agree. When signing the SID they agreed to promote the scheme; to promote it even. I couldn’t see anything new - that is, that is not already covered in tbe Deed. ... Still the same qualification « in the absence of... ». .. Reads very much as « Advertisements for myself .. and MIN » Is the Board concerned they might be ousted (unlikely at this stage imo)?
