Just remember...the CEO and directors get their shares for free. We paid for ours. Of course they'd be happy to take any amount as it is merely a bonus on top of their already ridiculous salaries.

You can be a director at numerous companies and take a huge salary just for showing up to a few board meetings. Put your hand out for more cash when things look grim via a capital raising funded by shareholders, then blame market conditions when everything turns to sh#t...finally you move on to the next company to rinse and repeat.
