Thanks LOTM; I'm new to all this, and deferred somewhat to the professional investors and lawyers around me. The Sydney crowd (of which I was part of) were prevented from voting and introduced by the QC Chair as 'observers' and may not have had proxys present in Perth (maybe underestimating JC's cunning); such a vote without active proxy in Perth may have not gotten up?

It remains an interesting month. Hopefully some deal does get up in the meantime but given history I very much doubt it.
