That certainly wasn't the feeling at both Noteholder meetings I attended. The disclosure they have received is equally as poor quality as that smaller investors such as myself have received. Case in point: JC's offerings to noteholders (incl forgoing salary or resigning) were made at the 11th hour last week when it was too late for everybody but the largest of noteholders to thoughtfully consider them. Secondly the continued refusal to engage with PPB investigators smack's of un-cooperation.
