Amendments to a resolution have been put forward. You need to give it at least 3 weeks for the people to consider what the amendments are and vote again at the new meeting.

The noteholders are driving a harder deal and who can blame them. If it is a better offer and it works for them, then they will vote accordingly.

You simply need to wait for that to happen. There certainly won't be a sale within a month. Better to wait a year for the shale oil production in the USA to gradually decline and remove some excess supply from the oil market.
