The resolution up for vote last week was only for 1 board member. If they were so inclined that more board membership would win the vote they should have offered it earlier.
The board membership is not about information, it is about proper board governance and true independence.
If JC were to be so supportive of transparency then i) why doesn't he open the books (he isn't compelled to be interviewed himself if he's so worried about his precious productivity) and ii) why, in the above amendment to the resolution did he opaquely drop the offer to allow an IA if resolution 1 was passed?
