I never said 4 directors were agreed to in advance, my interpretation was a meeting was held as the company put an announcement out to that effect which included board representation of 1 director. I was told that at the meeting Aurora then upped it to 4 directors which was accepted. My point being, if noteholders wanted 4 , why didn't they ask for it when they were negotiating the other stuff, ie security , extra money bla bla bla
