Well, then perhaps you could explain this:......."the Company has been in discussions with Noteholders. As a result of these discussions, the Company is intending to propose a number of amendments to ‘Resolution 1."

From the company's own press release it states...."the Company has been discussion with Noteholders (Not with Key Noteholders)".

But your comment was.....He (JC) met with "Key Noteholders" well in advance of the meeting.

So how did YOU know it was "HE" Not the Board of Directors and lawyers who met with Key Noteholders - after all, drafting such changes has legal implications for all concerns - no?!?

Surely, the board of directors voted on this - right?!?

But somehow, you mentioned a "One Man" show!!!

And how did you know Key Noteholders did not ask For More at those meetings or he (JC) or Board of directors rejected further demands?!?
