re: Ann: Chairman's Letter to Shareholder... so you waited 10 years before getting a 10x return from NHC but sold out of DTE after 2?

How will you get the money from NHC unless they take it over? and if you're assuming they will take it over, why not buy now? you will get the tiny premium offered by them if they install their own board. If you see so much value in DTE that it will have a material impact on the NHC shareprice, why not write to Milner and ask him to launch a T/O?

I am having trouble trying to understand the motive behind your post other than suggesting holders hand over the company to NHC to arrest their declining profits, which will no doubt continue forever.
