what Nick said in the letter was spot on. NHC are trying to punch above their weight. There is a civil way to go about such movements on boards and remain within the bounds of your rights.
The massive over extension by NHC is ridiculous. Nothing short of it.
Anyway, I won't be supporting any of NHC's proposed actions; as disappointed as I am with some of DTE's results over the past few years. They are an exploration company with massive acreage and have been dropping holes in the ground the best way they know how.
Geology is half about skill, and half about luck. Right now they are sitting on a massive treasure trove of gas in the UK. Right time right place and NHC is trying to steal it away from under our noses.
