No ... there has been no talk from the new board before or after their takeover. They haven't done any talking at all.
The great mystery is what are they doing and what are they going to do?
They've never explained the need to dump the previous board - beyond saying that the share price performance had not been good.
They've given no details of what they would do better.
In fact they've given no details of anything except to say that they all have a wealth of experience in the resource business but nothing to do with CSG.
