re: Ann: Chairman's Letter to Shareholder... Only had time for a bit of a look from just before the AGM to now. Perception was/is that the board is in the pockets of NHC/SOL and I voted against for that reason. Besides the 'purist/ethical' objection there are two potential problems. The first is obvious i.e. that NHC screw small shareholders. The second is more likely and relates to timing in that SOL/NHC will do things to its schedule. This makes DTE less transparent and more complicated to invest in for me. I will see how we go in 2014 but expect I will gradually lose interest in DTE.
