    re: Ann: Chairman's Letter to Shareholder... Makes me wonder if that's the point. NHC attempt is not serious. They may only be wanting to cap share price, get out a few annoucements running down DTE, and create uncertainty.

    DTE is very attractive as a takeover target at these prices
