The biggest impediment to farming out the CTP blocks over the last few years had been the "non standard" CA the MD was insisting on using. I know 3 companies who did not proceed further because of this.

How can the second statement support the 1st ?

To say I know 3 companies who did not proceed further becasue of this is A) a lie or B) you have insider information.

Happy for a C) type answer and glad to be wrong but cant see a C type answer at the moment.
