    RAVI...while I somewhat agree, JH should have pumped some of his $600k odd annual salary back into more shares. Even $100k a year would have got hiom an extra 1.3 mill or so a year, in addition, if he was extrmeely clever, he should have had performance options etc attached to his employment. Looka at ANdrew Forrest, do you think a Board could ever have rolled him as CEO of his "own" company...not bloody likely.
