Thomson claims there is no rationale to remove him and Regan as directors. Here's the rationale. Since Regan has taken over and made his own board selections and reaffirmed Petra (who has been a net seller of CNL over the past two years - this info is freely available from ASX )as house broker the SP has languished despite a number of good media releases. The last board was able to get the SP to trade between .30c and .50c with few media releases. Pretty obvious and simple choice I would've thought.
