You have to be mega-stupid to use the word "regrettable". I presume this letter was drafted by committee and to use an understatement of this magnitude should have raised concerns about shareholder regrettably regretting their investment.

This is personally very disappointing as I expected to directors to have more respect and nake a few changes. TO march on with the same Board is, you guessed it, regrettable.
