    Roberts wants us to take this to court. He doesn't care if we win or not. Why do you think he left it so open.

    We win, Roberts has done "all he possibly can to stop us", the courts make the decision for him, we continue drilling, the police have to back us all the way, Roberts and AJ can continue to be best mates. everyone is happy.
