I wonder if he could spell out exactly in what way 'all shareholders' have benefited from this share in the last few years!
Why is there no mention of (at least attempted) cost reductions? Why was (is) there no hedging in place?
Also, this letter indicates hostility between NZO and CUE, or am I misinterpreting this?
