    So you have probably already read the Bidder's Statement and the responses (2) from HHL. Are any HHL shareholders here seriously thinking about selling? I'm just curious.

    FWIW, I won't be selling but has the Bidder's Statement swayed anyone?

    Offering $1 to us. I feel like they almost don't want any more than what they are getting from Peter Hall....
