    Sounds to me like the folks at CTP are feeling the pressure, that's great news.

    They have even resorted to using some alternative facts now - there are not two groups proposing different boards anymore. Only one group has submitted a 249D and the other has gone quiet and considering Hotcopper was their communication platform I'd say they are not going to submit a form.
