Unfortunately, companies like LCK don't navigate the journey from concept through to productive project without breaking a few eggs along the way. It's tough because you have to trust people, take on business partners, and do some horse trading along the way; and a bit of "hip and shouldering" takes place. I am sure there is some background to the angst that lead to trying on a 249D notice.
