Lev is a very busy entrepreneur; I take him on his word when he went on record to state that he was not able to devote the time needed to be an effective CLH director. Keep in mind that he is heavily involved with four other public companies and no doubt a number of other businesses.

Like you @vestro, I have followed him closely over the last few years. I am sure you will agree, if he is flagging that there is a problem with the board composition, then guess what, there is a problem!
