    Why did the chairman feel the need to write this explanatory letter? Have shareholders who maybe purchased last FY been complaining about the guidance and asking why the downgrade didn't happen earlier? Have there been the class action lawyers sniffing around?

    No matter what the reason, I just can't read the announcement positively. Out this morning.
