I agree with sentiments expecting a reduced dividend but this was dissapointing given the rest of the report, for example home loans and deposit levels were okay. Deferred repayments were expected during these tough times but are preferrable to customer defaults.
I guess BOD are concerned about the future prospects but this will tarnish a trusted reputation that has been earned over many years.
