Had to laugh at this statement:
" Consequently, we are asking you to approve a share consolidation where every 20 shares currently held will
be converted to 1 new share. This does not dilute your equity or change your voting power."
Current equity - NTA per share $-0.01
If this company was a boat at best it would be a submarine.
A share consolidation isn't going to help IMHO - 5% of nothing = ?Good thing I am not sophisticated.Earnings ($)
