So, as far as turning 50 into 60 million, where is this written as a performance that must be met other than in todays letter? Seems staff will receive their shares regardless, just not the top brass. Also I cannot find in the annual report how employees meet their performance targets.
Can anyone please tell me if JL would be privy to votes that have so far been cast, wonder if it aint looking so good, hence the letter today?
