I will still vote NO for performance

If they are scared of losing staff then I believe they do not have the right staff with the right determination to succeed. If the grass is greener elsewhere...........they should go. Many good people to replace those that they are trying to save.

Perform first before asking.........proof will be in the pudding as they say.......we can talk about performances after performances have been reviewed and analyzed
