Recap plans would have included a highly dilutive capital raise. Yeah we know this, we saw it when this joke of a management presented a 6c dilution with a straight face to us as a plan to move forward.
It took figurative riots from shareholders to do the simplest of sums on a calculator and figure out the deal was robbing owners blind.
Appreciate the letter, but considering the utter incompetence that brought us here and the boards complicity in it, I can only look at this and wonder what the cost is per word.
