I think if FFX announce the above strategy (stay listed while shut up shop until escrow) to the market, LLL's SP would instantly get a boost and could finally unshackle the SP, and therefore - increasing shareholders value. With enough pressure from shareholders, they might just do that, while milking their last 18 months of wages.
