My other query is what "special resolutions" would MIN have in mind, given they control the NWE board? NWE would have extreme difficulty to successfully raise capital in this situation. Perhaps a loan from MIN accompanied with very favourable conditions in their favour, as used to gain EGO gas assets would be their preferred option.
Given the tactics used by MIN to date, my feeling is that they are pretty desperate to get NWE and fast, which leads me to believe that there is substantially more value to be gained by not capitulating (just yet).
