Seems they are really trying to scare us in to selling now. I can't help but get the feeling they will try and aquire the rest of the company, probably initially on market untill they get to 90% and then force buy the rest. One wonders what is the best course of action here, they obviously see value in the business and have faith in their ability to dramatically improve profit. If they were to buy on market, with such a thinly traded stock it would likely put upward pressure on the stock, especially since anyone who was going to sell for less would have already accepted the 1.89 offer.
