I also agree with his comment about buying wine estates. Why would EDV operate them better than the previous owners? Lots of risk with weather, etc. Rather just buy the product and leave the risk with the vineyard. Having a bad year, poor yield? Sorry to hear it, I'll come back next year when things improve, meantime lots of other fish in the sea.
