PV10 of stg1+2 = 630m
current PV10 = 540m......
inc in risk from 2 layers of debt.......
at least the "junior" and part there-of of the senior will have to be repaid, prior to phase 2 capex .......
I love the smell of dilution in the morning ......
lets hope there aint a c/note in this companies future
