I like the sound of it. Sounds like they think they can get most of the value out of the land by selling it and not need to spend a decade slowly extracting their reserves.
SSN locked in a decent profit ( 70 million from memory) by selling a large percentage of their land. hopefully TXN are going to pull off a similar coup
