Hi Rogerth,
I am a long time holder and have thrown my hat in the ring with Davo and voted no.
I do not perceive it as being negative, but a positive statement that contrary to the chairmans and boards urgings, a better deal is necessary.
Have agonised over this decision, but which ever way this goes want this company to move forward for the benefit of all shareholders.
It is crunch time, may we come out the other side with a healthier company and share price.
