and no guesses mate, you and I both know its Shandong Gold with the blessing of our Board. People only need to read the Chairmans letter to know its one big sales pitch and anyone who believes its a premium needs to go back and read the expert report.

Thats what irks me with this, 1. it could have been structured so much better, but 2. given that its structured like a dogs breakfast don't try and sugar coat it and sell a story and pretend its not.

One things for certain, If it looks like crud, smells like crud and tastes like crud, then it certainly is crud.


Throw out the vote now, save the embarrasment, restructure the deal and everyone wins and everyone is happy.
