    The question is what happened between the announcements in September indicated the Board was going to take legal action to recovery $100M+ and the more recent announcement. I can't help but fell that there must be something else that Board is not sharing with the shareholders and why they seem to fear going ahead with the legal action they indicated in September. The recent announcements don't really cover why the sudden change in their direction. Why?
