I believe the board abdicated their fiduciary responsibility when they agreed and signed the 50/50 share with the Eritrean government. At that point, the project lost all its glitter and finally they have to make arrangements with an African export bank.
‘What really happened was a daylight robbery, but the board did not have the courage to complain openly. By not complaining openly, they made the illegitimate seizure of the project appear legal.

Now our only redemption is, if another company with a voracious appetite for risk buys us out.
