The price has increased to $1.40 on very small t/o, the interim dividend will be interesting as CII has the capacity to pay up to a 10 c dividend and lots of franking credits.
The only value of franking credits is dividends to Australian shareholders.
The other option is for the major shareholder to buy out the minority Australian shareholders @ $2.50 - $3.00
