I don't think anyone's 'capping' the price.
Institutions managed to get 6 million shares cheaply as the founding directors generously sold down in order to increase the professional following and liquidity. A few of these may be having trouble resisting the urge to take a little profit. This decision will be to their longer term detriment in my view - Eternalgrowth
