"The most telling is the recording of data in a haphazard and unprofessional manner."
Seems also like a bit of "do not look at me".

"The Board was entirely reliant on representations of previous exploration management"?
As my mother would say, "you got a flaming tongue in your head haven't you? Use it" So for me "mea culpa" doesn't cut any slack.

"Our experiences have led to a much better understanding of the timing required to achieve metallurgical analysis and a resource definition. The Company was misled in the past as to what could be a realistic timeline to complete such a process."

I see this as a confession that the Board had no clue about mining issues and mine project development that they could not see a rat.

Oh! and when can anyone see a real time line?

Executive Director Peretz Schapiro retired to concentrate his efforts on several projects, including Loyal Lithium Limited (ASX:LLI), of which the Company retains a significant shareholding.

What is his title at Loyal Lithium and official relationship with ASRA.- secondment? But he retired. Really - retired?

The Chairman's review does not fill me with much confidence. Feels like more of a white wash or pass the buck.
