So when you submitted a tender, did you ever know what the budget was for your tender?
That,,, to me was the story.
Okay,,, the company say it is well under budget,,, but if, as Charlie suggests that budget figure was made public then surely that would be leaving the gate open for any tenderee.
The company may very well announce at a later date just how much they were working on, as they are still working on the submitted tenders,
If Wayne states that they are under budget, I have no problem with that.
