We'll understand what the companies intent is once they announce it to the market regarding early NCu sales.
Personally however I'm tipping it will go ahead, providing the primary crusher is up and running as planned before 2012 draws to a close.
I sense the companies intent at the moment as they go methodically about the development is to surprise on the upside.
Under budget, ahead of schedule and with early cash flows would fit the bill in that respect.
The other thing to consider is Waynes motivation to send a clear message to the knockers. After the jorc fiasco, the only way Rocklands true value will become apparant is when mining commences. If Cudeco start digging NCu ore, running it through the primary crusher and early cash sales result (Q1/2 2013). Then that particular message starts to be delivered loud and clear.
