What you have stated makes sense. The issue facing the company for a share price perspective is that to get the options over the line the share price will have to triple. This can absolutely happen especially with good rsults but we are at the mercy of the market. If I was a fund manager/competitor/major why wouldn't they look to cap the share price (many of us have all been apart of companies that have had this happen) and wait for options to expire, this will absolutely see the share price drop knowing there will be a cap raise in the short to medium term to fund extensive drilling and therefore they can buy up big with the view of good results in the near future.

What we all don't like is being at the mercy of 3rd parties because we have no control, what I don't like even more then that is being at the mercy of the market.
